If there are any of you out there holding off upgrading to MacOS 10.7 or 10.8 because of the need to run PPC apps under Rosetta, Apple will now sell you 10.6 Snow Leopard 64-bit Server for $19.99. (You have to call (800) MY APPLE.) You can legally set that up as a virtual in Fusion or Parallels. I did it without much trouble and so far it is working great. Upgrading to Mountain Lion as I write this.
