Dear Craig Parmerlee, In the score manager each instrument has a triangle to the left in Fin2011 and in Fin2012 under the name column which you click. There you find the separate layers, chords, and expression playbeci that can be turned off and on.
I am looking at Fin2011 and Fin 2012. Does that help?
