Does this feature actually work for other people? I can only use this
for very small files -- say 100 measures or less. Anything larger and
the program gets stuck. It generates the first minute or two of music
very fast and then grinds to a halt. I suppose if I left it running for
a couple of days it would eventually finish, but I can't do that. This
is probably the most annoying bug in Finale for me because I need to
render examples for my clients all the time. I end up playing it into a
Zoom recorder. That works, but it isn't as clear as a direct rendering
and not nearly as convenient.
