I don't disagree with you Eric, only I am not sure it is worthwhile considering 
my planning, which is about getting a new Mac Pro with SSD in a year or so. I 
am no code freak and don't really want doing all the workarounds to optimize 
this old computer. What i have of work capacity should go into writing scores.
