Hi Jef,

Easiest way to reproduce what I'm talking about is as follows:

- Setup Wizard

- Select an Ensemble: Orchestra (Full) + Select a Document Style: Engraved Style

- "Next" etc until done.

- Use the Expression tool to place the default "Adagio q = 40" tempo mark in
m.1 of the score. (Default "Tempo Mark" category is defined to show on Staff
List 1, which is Top Staff: score + part, and Violin I: score.)

- zoom out, select both handles for the "Adagio q = 40" expression, and Unlock
via shft-opt-command-U (or select from context menu)

- shift-double click handle for "Adagio q = 40" above Flute staff and add a 12
point vertical offset (or just drag up 12 points)

- right-click handle for "Adagio q = 40" above Violin I staff and choose
"Remove Manual Adjustments" (or just hit clear key, makes no difference).

- cycle through the parts. Note that the "Adagio q = 40" expression 12 points
above the default on ALL staves except Violin I.

You could try this from scratch on a document without libraries but you'd get
the same result.

I am honestly not sure how you are NOT getting this result!

Cheers,

- DJA
