Yes, let's hope they succeed. But don't forget when the private equity firm finally bought MakeMusic several years ago they told us much the same thing, and what we got was Finale2014 with all its warts. That's why there wasn't a Finale2013 -- they were going to rebuild the code from the ground up (or so they said.) So I am underwhelmed to hear the same sentiments from yet another new person in charge -- but I am hopeful that this new person will finally deliver on the same old promises. -- David H.
