Hi Darcy, A rare moment of disagreement with you - I miss the design and color of some of the 2012 and earlier palettes - not all of them, but some. Tools were easier to identify quickly. Sometimes what seems as if it might just be eye candy can be helpful. My eyes (with glasses) are OK, and the screen resolution is good, but I still miss the old palettes.
