Hi Nick, have you checked if HP is running at all ? Are there any other other instrument techniques that should be played with HP ? Maybe that would be a hint to a "hidden" text expression.
If you have had text expressions in your score that turn off HP, I would recommend checking your expressions again. From time to time it happens to me that I click on "Duplicate" in the text expression dialog, instead of "Create". And if it was a text expression with playback features that I duplicated by accident, I experienced the weirdest behaviours that were difficult to track down later on... If your HP is working fine except for tremolo, I would suggest a reboot and then check again the tremolo settings in HP.
