Wow! I'm a Finale user since version 2.5 (1990 or 91) and never new that! And while checking these shortcuts I tried also numbers 6 and above. Hitting 6 moves all the notes one step lower; 7 one step higher; 8 an octave down; 9 octave higher! Awsome! This is Finale 2014d On 2012 however, number 8 or 9 move notes up an octave. There is no moving down except by undoing. Harold
