Robert,
deal breaker for me regarding linked parts is that you cannot copy certain 
things from measure to measure in linked parts. For instance, I often fine tune 
measure layouts in parts and if I have a part that repeats measures that 
individual edit cannot be copied to other measures - instead I have to try to 
make them look alike. If I remember correctly the same is true for things like 
trying to copy a slur shape from one measure to another. That complicates 
trying to achieve a professional look tremendously.

Has that been addressed as well?
