I'm working on a couple of scores, 40 to 50 pages long with many solo piano systems. I follow a personal criteria for reviewing the score which considers specific detail-examination for each system. I would then like to freeze each system (not the lock function that keeps a fixed amount of measures in one system) so no single detail would move respect to each other, and then be eventually able to unlock for further modifications. There's a similar function in graphic design applications where you can lock (protect) and unlock a layer. This would avoid some weird movements of some elements (not to mention spacing) that may recur when going back many systems for re-examination in large files. Is there any way to do so?
