Thanks Christopher, I'm sure I used to do it in a much easier way than that. It's to enclose a set of details at the top of the first page including several text inserts (date, modification, duration etc.) I'm sure that in the past I simply used to draw a rectangle around everything, although maybe I dreamt that.
