it is indeed bought tuned down. the question is notation-related, has nothing to do with playback.
i'm trying to decide what is best in this context, so was wondering if anyone else here has ever notated for 1/4-tone electronic instruments and if there is any dis/advantage to transposing up vs down that maybe i am not seeing. >Sorry - I understand your question!
