To everyone who offered help: I seem to have solved the problem by
restarting the router. To be honest, this makes very little sense to me
(since only my Mojave Mac had any problems), and I still fear it may not
work after a while, but at least this way I can now access the web
interface.
If it stops working again my suspicion is that it all has to do with the
implementation of Rendezvous, now called Bonjour, aka mDNS. In that case
I will start by switching that off, which can be done in the web interface.
I am glad I did this before resetting the printing system or using the
migration assistant, since both these would probably have lost all my
other printer setups as well, which I was trying to avoid.
