They exist but aren't built into binary form (which is what dselect can
find).  Try using the command-line tools to build packages from source:

'fink list' will show you the available (stable release) packages that have
source code and patches for OSX available.

'fink install <package>' will download, compile, and install <package>.  Any
other packages on which <package> depends will also be downloaded and built.

'fink --help' and 'man fink' will give you much more information.

Also, check out http://fink.sourceforge.net for other information.
