Yup, they removed the old version :/ Grmbl.

You normally have to wait for the package maintainer to release a new 
package version. But often, it is possible to move to a new version 
manually. To do that, copy the info files for xephem from the 
unstable/main tree to your local/main tree. then edit the copy and 
change all occurances of 3.5.1 to 3.5.2. In many cases this works, 
but not always.

To the xephem maintainer: please use %v instead of repeating the 
version in your package :)
