If somebody has the old version, please tell me, then we can arrange to make it available form http://fink.sourceforge.net/bindist/source/ >What's the next move? Can I (should I?) tell Fink to get the later version? You normally have to wait for the package maintainer to release a new package version. But often, it is possible to move to a new version manually. To do that, copy the info files for xephem from the unstable/main tree to your local/main tree. then edit the copy and change all occurances of 3.5.1 to 3.5.2. In many cases this works, but not always. To the xephem maintainer: please use %v instead of repeating the version in your package :) >My preference is to keep using Fink, but I do see Xephem is >available for download on Apple's OS X site. Sure, if that works well, just get it.
