*looks* Sounds possible to add it to Fink.The only hard part is the 
dyld part as I don't see how you can install their modified dyld 
_outside_ /sw/.  But I'm not going to attempt it as
1. I don't know anything about PerlTk so...
2. I don't have any interest in this therefore ...
3. I don't think that once I've given it a try and sumbitted it to 
Fink, I'll be keeping it updated.

If anyone want to see this in Fink, try finding someone who'll be 
willing to keep this maintained.

OTOH, if you don't mind the above points, I could give it a shot & 
see how I get along. But the end package will remain "as is" unless 
someone picks it up.
