I don't see any questions in the e-mail. :)
1) Be patient, or get a better net connection.
2) junkbuster is in fink it is just not in the stable tree yet.
You will need to follow the FAQ instructions to install stuff
from unstable. Basically edit /sw/etc/fink.conf, change the
Trees: line ( make all instances of stable info unstable) type
%fink install junkbuster
and wait for it to compile and install itself. Change
/sw/etc/fink.conf back to what it was after the install
finishes. If it works well for you e-mail the maintainer to let
him/her know. Perhaps it can be moved into stable.
3) Learn another language :), sorry I don't know, the Japanese
characters don't show up correcly in the terminal window for me.
I assume you mean in Terminal.app here. Others may have a
solution, I have seen it discussed before. If it is Terminal.app
it isn't a fink problem though, blame Apple.
