Just a little correction:

Yes, it includes XDarwin.app now, but this is not a "fully functional
X-Windows program". You still need the stuff in /usr/X11R6 and this is
the bulk of any XFree86 package.

Just compare sizes: OroborOSX is around 8MB, vs 50-100MB for a complete
XFree86 installation.

Won't work. You still need all the libraries, header files, and most of
the binaries including the X server executable in /usr/X11R6.

Well said. Another useful hint: Try it yourself, before asking questions
(and before lecturing :-))
