Do you think there is a point in removing and reinstalling them? (I will test this for sure if I don't find a different solution the next few days...) Maybe the problem is different: what software did you install before this problem disappeared on your computer? Could you maybe redirect the output of "fink list" to a textfile and send it to me? It would be nice to compare what libraries _you_ have installed that are missing on _my_ system... If I find out which is responsible I will post it here -- maybe we are not the only ones dealing with this problem.
