If you rarely switch packages in and out, you can delete .deb's from
/sw/fink/dists/. Some of these will be just newer revisions of others,
which you can almost surely delete without problems. To get a list of
the .deb's there and ther sizes in KB, sorted from biggest to smallest:

find /sw/fink/dists -name \*.deb | xargs du -sk | sort -rn

Also, you may want to check that you don't have any installed packages
that you don't need. For example, the actual libraries for gtk+ are in
gtk+-shlibs. The package gtk+ just has the includes and such, which you
don't need except to build new gtk+ apps. So if you don't plan to build
any more, you can remove it.

And there are always packages that you don't use anymore, that can be
worth removing.
