Looks like a problem with split packages again.

You didn't have an info file for gdk-pixbuf-shlibs yet because it's newer
than your previous installation (at least the separate -shilbs part is).
That should be solved by doing the selfupdate.  However, your lack of a cc
in the PATH seems to indicate that you don't have the Developer Tools
installed (see http://fink.sourceforge.net/faq/comp-general.php#compiler ).
You'll need them to proceed further.

Also, check and see if your system thinks that gdk-pixbuf-shlibs is
installed (e.g. Through 'fink list' or dselect).  If it doesn't show up as
installed then you can grab it through dselect or apt-get--I think it is in
fact available in the binary distro.  Let me know off the list if your
system thinks you do in fact have it installed, because there may be a quick
way to solve the problem without getting the Dev Tools.
