Actually, OroborOSX does not use the .xinitrc file.  It uses its own file 
(whose name escapes me, but it is something like .oroborxinitrc).  I've 
tried modifying this file, but the changes keep getting trashed for some 
reason.  OroborOSX's author does have web forums, so he could probably 
offer suggestions on how to get it to run autocutsel automagically.  See
