Title: selfupdate and update-all fail

Hi:

I described yesterday a problem with the command "fink selfupdate-cvs" which returned:

        ### execution of su failed, exit code 1

        Failed: Updating using CVS failed. Check the error messages above.

Alexander Hansen suggested that "an info file got modified, and fink is unwilling to delete it". He was right (there were a lot of such files). I could get rid of that problem by deleting the following folder: file://localhost/sw/fink/10.1/
