Are you sure you have fink 0.4.1?  That's not supposed to work with OS
10.2.1.  Check and see what 'fink --version'  gives you.

If in fact you do have 0.4.1, then you'll want to upgrade it:
http://fink.sourceforge.net/news/jaguar.php .  That may even solve your
problem.
