That version is out of date.  The current fink version of mozilla is
1.1.0-4.

Do you have the unstable tree enabled 

(http://fink.sourceforge.net/faq/usage-fink.php#unstable)

since mozilla hasn't been moved over to stable in 10.2 yet?
