For some reason my sw path settings do not "keep". Everytime I want to use fink I have to set the path to sw/bin and sw/sbin manually.
Fink works fine then. If I close the terminal window, I have to retype my path settings. What is going on?

Thanks.

If nothing, then type 'printenv PATH' to see if /sw/sbin is in your
PATH.

NB: root's PATH should usually contain /usr/local/sbin, /usr/sbin and
/sbin.

How do i correct this? This happens with everything I try to install
using Fink?
