twm (tab window manager) is installed by default. (Look at .xinitrc in you home directory). I don't really know how to work with twm, but type "exit" should work.
Actually, what you call "windows" aren't really windows. They are all "terminals" like Apple Terminal.
What kind of commands do you mean? Like items in Menu? If so, very basic terminals don't have such command menus. You need to type "exit" to exit from them, or quit XDarwin.second, how does one get the commands to be shown?
