I don't know for US, but a long time ago when there were not free, I ordered them and it took 3 days from Germany to France, so I'll guess it would be the same in USA, shipment by the equivalent of UPS in Europe.
Brief digression here. Two nights ago, I ordered the December Apple Development Tools CD online. I got no indication of how and when my CD would be shipped. How long will I have to wait? Will it come via FedEx? For $20 s/h, it should! I live in the US.
