Ren, I've seen some mention in passing that for compiling fink packages under MacOS X 10.2.3 one needs the December 2002 Developer Tools. I decided to check fink.sourceforge.net for anything supporting the above direction. A 10 minute search did not find any support for this claim, one would think it would be there and be easy to find, perhaps "in your face" given how important it is.
Therefore, could someone out there cite a fink.sourceforge.net web page claiming the need for the December 2002 Developer Tools? I don't want to fork over $25 unless it is necessary.
