i used fink to install the ocaml language, and it works fine.

i'd like to make use of CamlImages, which is an image processing library for
ocaml available in non-fink form at

http://pauillac.inria.fr/camlimages/

when i tried to install it, it wanted to put stuff in /sw/lib/ocaml which of
course resulted in a lot of errors like

cp: /sw/lib/ocaml/camlimages: Permission denied

so my question is, is anyone aware of a fix for this specific problem ?
(CamlImages does not seem to be on fink.)

it would seem like a general problem for languages (among other things)
installed with fink - associated libraries that are not yet finkified want to
be installed in /sw for various reasons.

Thanks in advance,
Andy Hicks
