xfree86-base, xfree86-rootless, icewm and gimp are installed in my
system, and if I click on "X Darwin", a prompt asks me if I want X
runnig on fullsctee. If I click "start X", a typical X interface appears
for some seconds. A clock appears on the upper right hand. And the X
stops. Thats all. Icewn does not even appear. If I type "icewm" and
press inter in a terminal, the system tell me that the X server must be
lauched and that the $ variable must be "positionne" (in french, fink
speaks french with me because that's the default language on my mac).
Just after installation, I could not even run X for some seconds,
because the "XDarwin.app" file was not executable. I had to type "sudo
chmod a+x /Applications/XDarwin.app" first).
