A new version of ncurses was put out today.  You might want to try the
bootstrap again.

Bootstrapping is not going to be affected by the new ncurses package, as it is only in the unstable tree, and not used for bootstrapping (even if it was in the stable tree it wouldn't be used; the bootstrap is done with seperate copies of the packages).
