[Fink-beginners] Can't find latex.fmt (gnuplot update)

Trying to update all and this is what's left:

[~] %% fink update-all
sudo /sw/bin/fink update-all

I can't find the format file `latex.fmt'!

If I try to update tetex first on its own, this happens:
