I have gotten Gnome2 installed on my machine via bundle-gnome and all is OK (could be better but OK). I had a bottom panel on the screen to start, but I think I may have accidentally deleted it, when I thought I was just deleting something in the panel (I was not sure of the terminology).

Anyway, my question is how do I get it back?? I like having it there. I tried to create a new edge panel on bottom, but when I minimized something (nautilus), it acted as if it went to the panel that was not there anymore. Does what I said make sense? Its been bothering me for a day or so now and I have not seen any other threads on this.

Please help. I am learning fink as I go, and seem to be catching on nicely, but this has just been eluding me. If I left anything out, just let me know. Oh, I am using x11.app and quartz-wm or metacity. However, with Metacity the top panel gets hidden... but thats another email for this list later. ;)

Thanks,
Brian
