The question: How does one start the process of nominiating and/or causing a current SourceForge project with MacOSX bin- aries to become a Fink package? I'm thinking about net-snmp (http://net-snmp.sourceforge.net).
The standard procedure would be to log a request with the package-request tracker, link on the fink home page.
Funny thing... MacOSX has man pages for an snmp daemon but
that's all.
Two more "funny things": - Darwin-6.0.2 seems to have a full installation of net-snmp. - Fink has net-snmp and net-snmp-ssl packages for Mac OSX 10.1.
No idea why they aren't both available for MacOSX 10.2.
