system-xfree86-4.2-5 doesn't work with Apple X11 beta 3--you'll need to get 4.2-11. If you haven't run "fink selfupdate-cvs", you should. Also, you'll want to use "fink update sytem-xfree86" instead: "reinstall" just uses the latest .deb file that's on your system.
