[Fink-beginners] (no subject)

hi, i have a problem, i'm new and i have installed fink in order to use 
"terraform"

this package exist 
(http://fink.sourceforge.net/pdb/package.php/terraform) but i cannot 
see it when a type sudo dselect and [u]pdate, and [s]elect

how can i downloed it
