To anyone who can help,
I am trying to install CCP4 using fink. The process seems to go fine, until it reads: Selecting previously deselected package blt-dev. Unpacking blt-dev (from .../blt-dev_2.4z-2_darwin-powerpc.deb) ... Setting up blt-shlibs (2.4z-2) ... Setting up blt (2.4z-2) ... Setting up blt-dev (2.4z-2) ... mkdir -p /sw/src/ccp4-4.2.2-2 /sw/bin/tar -xzf /sw/src/ccp4-4.2.2.tar.gz sed s/"\/xtal"/"\/sw\/src\/ccp4-4.2.2-2"/g include/ccp4.setup-dist > include/ ccp4.setup-junk1 sed s/"CCP4I_TCLTK\ \/usr\/local\/bin"/"CCP4I_TCLTK\ \/sw\/bin"/g At this point, it just hangs indefinitely. Any ideas?
