Hi Fink guru, I found mmtk package in the fink list. I typed "fink install mmtk". There is an error message listed as follows: Information about 1157 packages read in 2 seconds. WARNING: While resolving dependency "scientificpython" for package "mmtk-2.2-1", package "scientificpython" was not found. Failed: Can't resolve dependency "scientificpython" for package "mmtk-2.2-1" (no matching packages/versions found) I would like to apply mmtk in my research. Did someone install the mmtk successfully in MacOSX? Please gave me some suggestions. Maybe someone specialized molecular dynamics simulation on materials science and engineering. Did you run MD simulation on MacOSX? Thank you very much. I have installed python, Numeric, numarray, and of course Scientific python in my iBook.
