What you can do is download the ooo103darwingm.dmg.tz from any listed European FTP Server, cause most of the listed US Servers still link to the Final Beta and run the installer placed in the Mac OS X Folder in the Diskimage. This installer will guide you through the setup and install any missing libraries and programs on your computer. It should also be clever enough to detect any installed X-Server, equal if it is Apple's X11 or Xfree86.org or another one, and so not install the one it brings along. After installation you can run OOo with the StarOpenOffice.org Script that is in the OpenOfficel.org1.03 folder in your Application folder.
