[Fink-beginners] problems with dselect

Every time I try to enter the interface of selection of the packages 
I want to install, the terminal displays such bad chars that makes 
the program unusable. I have the french version of fink. I already 
tried to reinstall fink but the problem come back again... Any 
suggestion?
