I re-did the dependencies, as you recommended.
But then I got a "bad access" message for the "idea" module.
For some reason, that I did not initially see, the "idea" module was not installed, which it should have been. I rebuilt that, and re-installed it (and gnupg) and at least I have no crash any more.
Hope that is it.
Oh. The other thing. I dumped the contents of the ".ccache". I figured that if there was anything in that cache that was damaged I'd simply re-infect anything I re-built.
