Having both is fine: storable-pm is just a placeholder package that points to storable-pm560. Everything should be referencing the 560 version.
Originally storable-pm was the actual Storable: package for Perl 5.6.0, but when Fink added facilities for other Perl versions the 560 and 561 variants were created. Remind me: did I suggest doing "apt-get update storable-pm" (no 560) yet? Alexander K.
