[Fink-beginners] Problems launching Gabber

Hi to all of you.
I'm pretty new to fink and I've tried to install Gabber using the Fink 
Commander.
I'm using the Apple X11 on OS X 10.2.8
The installation went fine but when I launch the application via the 
terminal, I got an error message about the locale and then nothing....

Where I'm wrong  (because I'm sure I'm wrong in somewhere !!!) ?
