Hi all, after installing Panther I can't find a way to use X11 from Apple.
This is what I have done:
Deleted /usr/X11R6, /etc/X11 and /sw.
Installed Xcode and all the X11 SDK.
Installed Apple X11 1.0(final)
Installed fink (tried both source and Binary)
Fink report that system-xfree86 is installed in the fink list.
When I try to install via fink a x11 app (ex. the little xgalaga), fink ask me to chose a candidate(xfree86-base-threaded, xfree86-base or xfree86). And obviously this one fails to install because there is already an X11 system installed.
So I can't find a way to use fink.
I have also problem with the X-Free86 as reported before in the list. It search for the Keyboard files that seems to be disappeared in OSX 10.3.
Any idea?
Thanks in advance, Stefano.
