This looks like you can get away by removing a couple of packages. The right versions will then automatically be installed or show up. You will have to use force: "sudo dpkg -r --force-all PACKAGE"

Remove xfree86-rootless-threaded


You may then need to reinstall your Apple X11 and X11SDK packages, because removal of xfree86-rootless-threaded may damage that installation.
