I guess you could put php and mysql on to your web server, then set up a 
database for the schedules on mysql, and use php to write the html to display 
a calendar with bookings inserted and allow people to add/delete/alter the 
bookings.  Of course this would be a do-it-yourself option!  Cheers, David
