I think you're getting something strange here.

Also, our headers are in a non-standard place to avoid conflicts with other things, you need to have /sw/include/qt in your include path.

also see the "compile myself" bit of the FAQ.

If you're looking into packaging software, you may want to try the fink-devel list, also, you're more likely to get a response there.
