I think you're getting something strange here.
Following the Install instructions for compiling, the configure is Ok.
But the make raises error(s) which make me doubtful about the happy end.
What I mean is, it is doubtful that any fink packages will work with Qt/Mac; generally fink is pretty good at staying out of the way of such things, but if you installed qt/mac to /usr/local or something it will cause many fink qt apps to fail.
